How to Set Up Matcha External

Before you start

• Windows 10 or 11.
• A Discord account.
• Your Matcha or Matcha PRO lifetime key.

Redeem and download

1. Open Matcha's official website from your delivery guide and join their Discord.
2. Type /getrole in the chat and enter your key to get the buyer role.
3. Download Matcha from the channel the role unlocks.
4. Unpack it, start Roblox, then run Matcha.

Troubleshooting

Failed to connect

1. Matcha is usually installed wrong — repeat the redeem and download steps.
2. Connect through a VPN such as Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (WARP) or Proton VPN (both free), then try again. Some networks and ISPs block the executor's servers.
3. Make sure your antivirus is paused as described in your delivery guide.

Download failed, check connection

1. Download a fresh Matcha build from the Discord, unpack it and run it alongside Roblox.

3. Restart your PC — this step is required.

Vulnerable driver / Smart App Control has blocked this app

1. Windows is blocking the driver. Your delivery guide shows which Windows settings to change.
2. Restart your PC.
