How to Install Synapse Z

Before you start

• Windows 10 or 11.
• Roblox from the website — the Microsoft Store (UWP) version doesn't work.
• Your Synapse Z key (7 or 30 days).

Install

1. Download the loader from the official Synapse Z website linked in your delivery guide. If the site won't open, use a VPN.
2. Extract the loader into any folder.
3. Run the installer. If Windows SmartScreen appears, press More info → Run anyway.
4. Paste your key into the console window and keep it open.
5. Press Install and wait while it downloads the assets into your Roblox version.
6. Press Close, then Launch Roblox.
7. Join any game and press F1 to open the Synapse Z menu.

Workspace and auto-execute folders

Press Win + R and enter %localappdata%\Synapse Z. The workspace and auto-exec folders are inside.

Troubleshooting

The menu doesn't open after pressing F1

1. You're pressing F1 in the wrong Roblox window.
2. Launch the correct client with Win + R → roblox://, join a game and press F1 again.

Raknet not allowed

1. Open Synapse Z Options.
2. Scroll down and turn on Enable Raknet.

data corrupted (zstd / crc), response too small, http error code 0

1. The download was interrupted or blocked.
2. Connect through a VPN such as Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (WARP) or Proton VPN (both free), then try again. Some networks and ISPs block the executor's servers.

Synapse Z is offline

1. Check the status page. Outage news is posted in Synapse Z's official Discord, linked in your delivery guide.

Wrong Roblox version

1. Synapse Z ships a downgrade option: install the supported build, then launch Roblox through Synapse Z. See How to downgrade Roblox.

Is Synapse Z the same as Synapse X?

No. Synapse Z is a separate executor that has been active since 2024.

Does Synapse Z work with the Microsoft Store Roblox?

No. Use Roblox installed from the website.
