Common Executor Errors on Windows and How to Fix Them

1. Install the runtimes

Errors that mention a .dll (VCRUNTIME140.dll, VCRUNTIME140_1.dll, MSVCP140.dll) or a .NET error mean a runtime is missing. Install these from Microsoft's website and restart:

• Visual C++ Redistributable — x64 and x86
• .NET 6 and .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (x64)
• Node.js (LTS) — Wave needs it

2. Connection errors

Errors like Curl Error, SSL connection could not be established, Failed to fetch, Download failed, http error code 0 or Unknown error mean the executor can't reach its servers.

1. Connect through a VPN such as Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (WARP) or Proton VPN (both free), then try again. Some networks and ISPs block the executor's servers.
2. Open Command Prompt as administrator and run ipconfig /flushdns.
3. Sync your clock: Settings → Time & language → Date & time → Sync now. A wrong clock breaks key checks.

3. Wrong Roblox version

Version mismatch, build mismatch, crashes on attach or a stuck loading screen right after a Roblox update: check the status page, then follow How to downgrade Roblox if needed.

4. Security software

• SmartScreen ("Windows protected your PC"): press More info → Run anyway for a file from the official source.
• Exclusions: add the executor's folder to your antivirus exclusions so updates don't get deleted.
• Driver-based tools (Potassium, Matcha) may also need Windows features like Memory Integrity changed. Your delivery guide covers it.

Key and HWID problems

Invalid key

1. Restart the executor, then your PC.
2. Sync your clock and flush DNS (see above).
3. Still invalid? Message us with your order ID.

Authentication failed / HWID mismatch

1. Your hardware ID changed (new parts, Windows reinstall, spoofer).
2. Volt and Real: reset it yourself on their websites. Potassium: /reset hwid in the PSM bot. Delta: Platoboost's reset page. Wave and others: message us.

A script kicks you asking for an HWID reset

1. That's the script's key, not the executor's. Reset it in the script's Discord panel.
